How do I set up my voicemail account?

To set up your voicemail account, perform the following steps:

NOTE: You are required to complete all three steps to access your new voice mailbox.

1.	From your device, press and hold the 1 key or dial 123.

2.	If prompted for a password the first time you access your new voicemail account, use the last four digits of your mobile number.

3.	When prompted, create your new password, and record your greeting and name. After you have completed all three of these steps, you will have full access to your new voicemail account.

NOTE: Your new password can be any 4 to 7 digit code.

How do I play my messages?

To play your messages, perform the following steps:

1.	When you access your voicemail, your messages will automatically play.

2.	To hear your messages, at the main screen, press the 1 key.

How do I save my messages?

To save your messages after the message has played or at any time during the message playback, press the 9 key.

How do I delete my messages?

To delete your messages after the message has played or at any time during the message playback, press the 7 key.

How do I change my greeting?

To change your greeting, from the voicemail main menu, press the 3 key, and then follow the voice prompts.

How am I notified of a new voicemail message?

For mobile phones, when a message is first received, a text notification appears on the screen notifying you of a new voicemail message. After the text is cleared, a voicemail icon appears, indicating that new voicemail messages have not been heard. Once all of your voicemail messages have been heard, the voicemail icon will be automatically removed.

NOTE: Voicemail icons are different on each device. To identify your device's voicemail icon, consult the user manual.

NOTE: For T-Mobile @Home phones, the blue light on the router associated with the line of service will blink when messages are received. A display on the home telephone that a message is pending is governed by the home telephone that the user has.
