Will I get a better deal placing an upgrade order online?

Yes, the phone and device upgrade pricing will be different when ordering online versus ordering with Customer Care.

How do I find out if I qualify for an upgrade?

To determine if you qualify for a handset upgrade and discounted pricing, perform the following steps:

1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in. For more information, go to How Do I Log In to My T-Mobile?

2. Select PHONE & ACCESSORIES.

3. Under NOW AVAILABLE, select Upgrade your phone.

4. Follow the steps to select the phone that best suits your needs and complete the purchase of your upgrade phone.

Does T-Mobile have an upgrade fee?

T-Mobile has listened to our customers, and unlike a lot of other wireless carriers, we do not charge any fee to upgrade or replace your device.
