Synchronizing Wirelessly with Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003 (T-Mobile MDA)

Before you begin, verify with your system administrator that your company has set up the server for wireless synchronization.

To synchronize data wirelessly, you must have the following:

• Microsoft Outlook 98 or later
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
• The server address
• The username
• The password
• The domain name

Acquire the server address, username, password, and domain name from your system administrator.

To synchronize wirelessly with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, perform the following steps:

1.	Tap Start, and then tap Programs.

2.	Tap ActiveSync.

3.	Tap Menu, and then tap Add Server Source.

4.	At Server address, type the name of the Exchange server.

Tap Next.

6.	Type your username, password, and domain name.

7.

Tap Next.

8.	Select the data you want to synchronize.

9.	Tap Finish.

Tap Sync.
