How Do I Report a Coverage Problem with T-Mobile? T-Mobile is constantly making improvements to our coverage areas within the US in an effort to provide you with the best service possible. T-Mobile cannot guarantee that your phone will work in all areas. Your experience using our network can be affected by many factors including, but not limited to: - Terrain and topography, such as areas with dense trees or buildings.
- Location when making or receiving a call, such as indoors or in a car.
- The seasons, such as leaves and snow.
- The availability of our coverage. We may not have towers there.
- Temporary network outage. Our network could be experiencing difficulties due to weather or storms.
As a result, you may at times experience dropped calls, inability to make or receive calls, or less than perfect voice quality.
