How do I change my plan or services from My T-Mobile?

Changing your rate plan

To change your rate plan, perform the following steps:

1.	Go to My T-Mobile and log in. For more information, go to How Do I Log In to My T-Mobile?

2.	Select My Account and then Change Plan.

3.	A summary of the plan and services you currently have appears. To make changes to your rate plan, select CHANGE PLAN.

4.	Click to select the desired plan, and then select CHANGE PLAN.

5.	If you want to make changes to your current services, click to select the services to add or remove, and then select CHANGE SERVICES.

NOTE: If you do not want to make any changes to your current services, select KEEP CURRENT SERVICES.

6.	The details of your new plan are provided prior to completing any changes. To complete the change, select SUBMIT CHANGES.

NOTE: Any rate plan changes will take effect with the start of your next billing cycle.

NOTE: A CONFIRMATION page appears with the changes you made to your rate plan.

Changing your optional services

To change your optional services, perform the following steps:

1.	Go to My T-Mobile and log in. For more information, go to How Do I Log In to My T-Mobile?

2.	Select My Account and then Change Services.

3.	You will be provided with details about your current plan and services. To make a change to your services, select CHANGE SERVICES.

4.	Choose the services that you would like to add to your account and select CHANGE SERVICES.

5.	The details of your new services appear prior to completing any changes. To complete the changes to your services, select SUBMIT CHANGES.

NOTE: A CONFIRMATION page appears with the changes you made to your services.
