Learn how to create and manage your Connect Me account.

 

 

 

Steps

Create an account

To create a Connect Me account, follow these steps:

 

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your tablet.
  2. Open the browser on your tablet.
  3. Go to T-Mobile.com/ConnectMe, which will guide you through creating your Connect Me account.

 

 

Access Connect Me

To access Connect Me, follow these steps:

 

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your tablet.
  2. Open the browser on your tablet.
  3. Go to T-Mobile.com/ConnectMe.
  4. Log in to manage your Mobile Internet plan.

 

 

Change your plan

To change your Mobile Internet plan, follow these steps:

 

  1. Access Connect Me (see steps above).
  2. On the Account Overview screen, tap Add Data or Change Plan.
  3. Tap Purchase a Recurring Domestic Data Pass Options and tap Next.
  4. Review your changes, and input your payment information (if necessary), and tap Next.
  5. Review and agree to the Terms of Service and tap Agree.
  6. Review the Payment Summary and tap Submit.
  7. When the confirmation page displays, tap OK.

 

 

Buy an On-Demand Data Pass

To buy an On-Demand Data Pass, follow these steps:

 

  1. Access Connect Me (see steps above).
  2. In the Account Overview screen, tap Add Data or Change Plan.
  3. In the One-Time Domestic Data Pass Options, select the pass. Tap Next.
  4. Review your changes, and input your payment information (if necessary), and tap Next.
  5. Review and agree to the Terms of Service and tap Agree.
  6. Review Payment Summary and tap Submit.
  7. When the confirmation page displays, tap OK.

 

 

Check your data usage

To check your data usage, follow these steps:

 

  1. Access Connect Me (see steps above).
  2. On the Account Overview screen, you'll see the following:
    • Your current pass usage
    • Amount of remaining high-speed data
    • Days remaining on the pass
