    Call forwarding

    Cancel call forwarding

    To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
    2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
    3. Under 'DEVICE,' tap Call settings.
    4. Scroll down to and tap Call forwarding.
    5. Tap Always forward.
    6. Tap Disable.

     

     

    Forward all calls (unconditional)

    Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

     

    To forward all calls, follow these steps:

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
    2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
    3. Under 'DEVICE,' tap Call settings.
    4. Scroll down to and tap Call forwarding.
    5. Tap Always forward.
    6. Enter a phone number to forward calls to.
      Note: You can also tap the Contacts icon to use a phone number from a saved contact.
    7. Tap Enable.

     

     

    Forward some calls (conditional)

    Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

     

    To turn on conditional call forwarding which forwards some calls, follow these steps:

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
    2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
    3. Under 'DEVICE,' tap Call settings.
    4. Scroll down to and tap Call forwarding.
    5. Select one of the following:
      • Forward when busy
      • Forward when unanswered
      • Forward when unreachable
    6. If necessary, enter a phone number to forward all calls to.
      Note: You can also tap the Contacts icon to use a phone number from a saved contact.
    7. Tap Enable.

    Call log

    Reset call log

    To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Tap the Menu icon in the lower-right corner.
    3. Tap Clear call log.

     

     

    View call log

    Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

     

    To view call logs or history, follow these steps:

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    2. Tap the Arrow icon next to the call log entry you want to view.
    3. Under 'DURATION,' view additional call details.

    Touch tones (DTMF)

    Turn on/off touch tones (DTMF)

    To turn on or turn off touch tones when dialing, follow these steps:

     

    1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
    2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
    3. Scroll down to 'DEVICE,' and then tap Call settings.
    4. Select or clear the Dial pad touch tones check box to turn on or turn off DTMF.
