IMEI

To find the IMEI serial number of your device, follow these steps:

 

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Applications icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to 'Phone,' and tap About.
  4. Tap Phone identity.
  5. View the IMEI number.

Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI)

T-Mobile devices have an indicator that shows if it has been subjected to liquid damage. To read the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI), follow these steps:

 

  1. Remove the back cover from your device.
  2. View the images to read the label:

    ldi white.png
    White LDI (indicates no liquid damage)

     

    ldi red.png
    Pink or red LDI (indicates liquid damage)

Status lights

To understand what the status light indicators and charging lights mean, refer to the following:

Solid Green: Connected to power adapter or computer, and battery is fully charged.
Flashing Green: Pending notification.
Solid Orange: Battery is being charged.
Flashing Orange: Battery level is very low.
