Internet sharing unavailable: Nokia Lumia 810

Understanding the Issue

Internet sharing settings may not display in the settings menu of the Lumia 810. This can occur after initially setting up a new device or after completing a software update. It results when settings are interrupted during startup of the device.

To make internet sharing options visible, complete the following steps:

  2. Turn the phone off and back on.
  3. If the issue is not resolved, complete a master reset.
