Sign in using a different account

To sign in using a different account, follow these steps:


  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Applications
  4. Select Manage Applications
  5. Select Media Hub
  6. Select Clear Data
  7. Select Settings
  8. Select Accounts & Sync
  9. Select Samsung Media Hub account
  10. Select Remove Account





To troubleshoot problems with the Samsung Media Hub app, follow these steps:


Basic Troubleshooting

Important: Complete these steps before proceeding to specific issues.

  1. Recreate the issue.
    1. Access Media Hub on the phone.
    2. Attempt to perform the function that is not working and provide any error messages.
    3. Verify the steps taken with How To's listed above.
    4. Attempt to perform another function within Media Hub and provide the results.

    1. Access MobileLife Web.

    1. Clear Data/Cache for Media Hub
      1. Tap the Menu button.
      2. Tap Settings.
      3. Tap Applications.
      4. Tap Media Hub.
      5. Tap Clear Data.
      6. Tap Clear Cache.
    2. Restart your phone or close all apps
    3. Remove the battery from the phone.
    4. Replace the battery and restart the phone.
    5. Launch Media Hub (you will need to login)
    6. Attempt to complete the action again
