Device disabled upon connection to iTunes: Apple iPhone

    Resolution Steps

    We're sorry, continued functionality of the device following connection to iTunes is not available with this handset, due to a policy of the handset manufacturer, Apple. Any complaints relating to this policy of lost data or user inconvenience or dissatisfaction are to be referred to Apple at 1-800-676-2775.

    • Note that it is Apple company policy to disable customer's iPhone functionality upon connection of the iPhone (used with T-Mobile) to the iTunes service. Any objections relating to this policy are to be referred to Apple or its U.S. distributor AT&T.
    • Unfortunately, T-Mobile is unable to assist with rectifying this situation. Additional support resources regarding this matter may be found online.
