‘Add to Contacts’ screen is not pre-populated with caller’s name: Samsung Galaxy S III

    What happens and why

     

    When the customer taps ‘Add to Contacts’ after receiving an incoming call from a phone number that is not saved in their Contacts list, the  ‘Add to Contacts’ screen does not automatically populate the Name fields.

    Note: The Phone Number field is populated.
