Create a new account

  1. Launch Netflix
  2. Press Search
  3. Enter the desired  title

Troubleshooting

To troubleshoot problems with the Netflix app, follow these steps:

 

Basic Troubleshooting

  1. Recreate the Issue
    1. Access Netflix on your phone.
    2. Attempt to perform the function that is not working and note any error messages.
    3. Verify the steps taken with Common Procedures listed above.
    4. Attempt to perform another function within Netflix and note the results.
  2. Test general Web Access
    1. Access web2go.
    2. Access an external web site like www.google.com or www.cnn.com
  3. Restart the phone or close all apps
    1. Remove the battery from the phone.
    2. Replace the battery and restart the phone.
    3. Attempt to use Netflix again and to perform the function that previously failed.
