How tos

Subscribe to FamilyWhere

To subscribe to FamilyWhere, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click PROFILE.
  3. Click Familywhere.
  4. Review the Terms of Service.
  5. Click Yes, Activate.
  6. Complete all informational steps required.

 

 

Locate a family member or lost device

To locate a family member or lost device, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click PROFILE.
  3. Click Familywhere.
  4. The home screen defaults to Locate.
  5. Click the Mobile Number you wish to locate.

 

 

Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact us for assistance.

 

 

Send a check-in message

To send a check-in message, follow these steps:

 

  1. Launch FamilyWhere
  2. Click Check In
  3. Enter the recipient and message content
  4. Click Send

To access check-in details from a message, follow these steps:

 

  1. Open the message
  2. Click the URL included in the text

Unsubscribe from FamilyWhere using my T-Mobile.com

To cancel your subscription from my T-Mobile.com, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click PROFILE.
  3. Click Familywhere.
  4. Click Settings
  5. Click Unsubscribe
  6. Click Unsubscribe from T-Mobile FamilyWhere
  7. Click Unsubscribe

To cancel your FamilyWhere subscription using your phone, follow these steps:

 

  1. Launch FamilyWhere
  2. Tap Menu
  3. Tap Settings
