Postpaid network and device short codes
We make it easy for you to find out basic information about your device and manage your services on the go. Simply dial the numbers in the table below from your T-Mobile phone and receive the information free of charge.

Short codes allow you to quickly access services and account information from your phone free of charge. Enter the short code and press the Send (SND) or Call key on your device to initiate the code and display the requested information.
Select short codes are pre-installed in your device's phone book and allow you to check your minutes usage, messages remaining, or account balances. While T-Mobile short codes work on most partner networks in the US and abroad, T-Mobile cannot guarantee the service will be available, nor can it guarantee the validity or functionality of codes not listed below.

Note: Calls made to voicemail from a T-Mobile device are deducted from your appropriate Whenever, Weekend, or Night buckets. Once your rate plan bucket minutes have been exhausted, standard overage charges apply.
