Don't jump for joy! This doesn't mean you're off the hook. Chances are, wires were crossed somewhere along the way, and we need to get it fixed for you.
Reasons why your bill might be missing/late:
- A bill cycle delay - If there's a billing system issue, we take extra time to make sure your bill is processed correctly. Your bill should arrive prior to the start of your next bill cycle, and your due date will be adjusted for the delay.
- An incorrect mailing address
- A recent change of address
