    Overview

     

    T-Mobile @Home is a service that offered customers unlimited calling from a home phone. This service used specific equipment to make this service possible. The T-Mobile @Home HiPort router, used with the service, has places to install up to two SIM cards for up-to-two phone lines per router. The router can also support Unlimited HotSpot Calling and Wi-Fi Calling mobile devices.

     

    The T-Mobile @Home service was grandfathered on March 24, 2010, but customers with existing T-Mobile @Home service can still enjoy T-Mobile @Home features and benefits.

     

     

    Requirements

     

    In order to use T-Mobile @Home service, you must have:

     

    • High-speed (broadband) Internet service
    • A touch-tone phone (VTech recommended)
    • An additional phone line on a qualifying rate plan

     

     

    Call Forwarding


    Set up Conditional Call Forwarding

     

    To set up Conditional Call Forwarding, use the following steps:

     

    1. Press the Talk key on the handset to get a dial tone.
    2. Enter *42 +1 number on the device.
      Note: Replace "number" with the number you would like to foward the calls to.
    3. Press the green Send key.
    4. End the call.
    5. Repeat this process using codes *40 +1 number and *62* +1 number #.

     

    Cancel Conditional Call Forwarding

     

    To cancel Conditional Call Forwarding, use the following steps:

     

    1. Press the Talk key on the handset to get a dial tone.
    2. Enter *93 on the device.
    3. Press the green Send key.
    4. End the call.
    5. Repeat this process using codes *91 and ##62#.
