Pay your T-Mobile bill online

Learn how to pay your T-Mobile bill online as well as check your EIP balance. You can make a one-time payment to your account using your ATM, debit, or credit card. You can also allow T-Mobile to store your payment method for future use by you and verified users to make a payment.


You can also schedule a payment through My T-Mobile by allowing T-Mobile to process a payment at a later date.




Pay your bill

To pay your bill online, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click BILLING.
  3. Click the PAY BILL button and complete the required fields to process your payment.
    Note: You will be able to save payment information for future use. If there is a problem with your stored payment information, remove the account and use the correct information to process the payment.


Important: Remember to enter the decimal point in the amount you want to pay (Example: $100.00). Make sure you complete the Name on card and Card number fields to validate the card before filling in the CVV field. Once the card and CVV is validated, the expiration month/year fields will populate.


Payments usually post immediately. If your payment hasn't posted within two hours, contact T-Mobile Customer Service.



EIP payments and balance information

To make an EIP payment or to check your EIP balance, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  2. Click BILLING.
  3. Under Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), you can see YOUR EIP BALANCE as well as click View Details to see more information.
  4. Click Make a payment and follow the instructions if you'd like to make an EIP payment.
