Find answers to commonly asked questions about Visual Voicemail.
What is Visual Voicemail?
Visual Voicemail allows you to view your voicemail messages in a list and select what messages you want to listen to in any order. VVM requires Basic or Enhanced Voicemail, as well as a data plan to access/use. It's accessible via download from the Play Store (for Android-based devices). VVM is also available for prepaid plans.
It comes preloaded on most new devices. If you have an Android device without VVM, you can go to the the Google Play Store and search for T-Mobile Visual Voicemail. If you can't find it in the Play Store, it means your Android phone is not compatible with the VVM client.
Downloading and using VVM is free. Calls, texts, and emails initiated from the Visual Voicemail application are charged according to your rate plan.
