'App Error 523' error: All BlackBerry phones

The error message 'App Error 523' displays on the  device immediately after turning on or after the device has registered to the network. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:


  1. Make sure the device is on the latest software version. See your device's Help & How to for steps.
  2. If you continue to receive an error, contact T-Mobile.
