Learn how to suspend your line on My T-Mobile. You can suspend your monthly T-Mobile service if your phone was lost or stolen, or if you're planning to not use your phone for a period of time. A minimum monthly fee, payments for your plan, and payments for any equipment on a payment plan, may be required for the remaining term of your agreement.
To suspend or restore your T-Mobile service on My T-Mobile, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- In the top navigation bar, click PHONE.
- Under Security, click Suspend my account and follow the instructions.
