Suspend your line

Learn how to suspend your line. You can suspend your monthly T-Mobile service if your phone was lost or stolen, or if you're planning to not use your phone for a period of time. A minimum monthly fee, payments for your plan, and payments for any equipment on a payment plan, may be required for the remaining term of your agreement.




To suspend your line, follow these steps:


  1. Make sure your line is the Primary Account Holder.
  2. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  3. From the top navigation bar, click PHONE.
  4. Under Security, click Temporary suspension and follow the on-screen steps to complete the suspension.
