To upgrade to a new phone or internet device, follow these steps:


  1. Make sure you are the Primary Account Holder or have Full Account access. Only these lines can upgrade a phone on My T-Mobile.
  2. Log in to My T-Mobile.
  3. Click PHONE.
  4. Under My phone, click the UPGRADE button.
