To change your billing account information online, you must either be the Primary Account Holder (PAH) for your account, or be granted permissions by your Primary Account Holder. Note: This article assumes that you are logged in to My T-Mobile.
To update your billing address or account information, perform the following steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile
- From the top nav menu under Manage, Your profile, click Billing Address
Note: You can also access from the quick links (on the right): click Change Billing Address
- Enter the desired changes and then click Save Changes.
Note: All changes will be effective no earlier than the month following your current billing cycle.
Post Office Change of Address
If you file a Change of Address form with the United States Postal Service, T-Mobile receives notification of the change and your billing address is updated accordingly.
