To understand the meaning of display screen icons and indicators, refer to the following table:

Device is connecting to the GPRS/EDGE network
Getting IP address
Connecting to the Danger data service
Fully connected to the Danger data service
Connected to 3G network
(Instead of G) Can only make emergency calls
(Instead of G) Only GSM service available
Call in progress with timer
Bluetooth® on*
Call forwarding on
Device sound is turned off
Device sound is set to flashing lights
Device sound is set to vibrate
Amount of charge left in the battery
Battery is connected to the charger
Battery is almost out of charge
New e-mail message
New text message (SMS)
New multimedia message (MMS)
Communication services message
Appears when you receive a new e-mail message, text message, multimedia message, voicemail, or when a Web page has finished downloading.
Flashes when data is transferring to the memory card
Inserting memory card
Removing memory card
When the device is connected to your computer using a USB connection
Blue trackball light
Pending message
