Canceling call forwarding

NOTE: When call forwarding is cancelled from the handset, the default voicemail forwarding is activated on the network.

To cancel call forwarding, perform the following steps:

1.	At the Home screen, select Start.

2.	Scroll to and select Settings.

3.	Select Phone.

4.	Select Menu.

5.	Select Disable All.

Forwarding all calls (unconditional forwarding)

To forward all calls, perform the following steps:

1.	At the Home screen, select Start.

2.	Scroll to and select Settings.

3.	Select Phone.

4.	Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.

5.	At Forward voice calls to, press the Navigation Wheel left or right to select Custom, Off, or Voicemail.

6.	Scroll to Phone number, and then enter the desired phone number.

NOTE: The number for voicemail forwarding is +18056377249.

7.	Select Done.

Forwarding some calls (conditional forwarding)

To forward some calls, perform the following steps:

1.	At the Home screen, select Start.

2.	Scroll to and select Settings.

3.	Select Phone.

4.	Scroll to and select Call Forwarding. Select No Reply, Busy, or Unavailable.

5.	Select No Reply, Busy, or Unavailable.

6.	At Forward voice calls to press the Navigation Wheel left or right to select Custom.

7.	Scroll down to Phone number, and enter the desired number.

NOTE: The number for voicemail forwarding is +18056377249.

8.	Select Done.
