Change the channel (T-Mobile wireless router by Linksys)
The wireless router broadcasts its signal on a particular channel. If you are experiencing poor connectivity or low data speeds with the wireless router, changing the channel may help.
NOTE: To receive help from T-Mobile Customer Care, you must be using channel 1, 6, or 11.
To change the channel, perform the following steps:
| 1. | Log in to the administrative Web site for the router. |
| 2. | On the top, black row of links, click Wireless, and, on the blue row of links, verify that Basic Wireless Settings is selected. |
| 3. | To select the channel manually, click a channel on the Wireless Channel list. |

| 4. | Click Save Settings. |
| 5. | Click Continue. |
