Change the channel (T-Mobile wireless router by Linksys)
The wireless router broadcasts its signal on a particular channel. If you are experiencing poor connectivity or low data speeds with the wireless router, changing the channel may help.
NOTE: To receive help from T-Mobile Customer Care, you must be using channel 1, 6, or 11.
To change the channel, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to the administrative Web site for the router.
2. On the top, black row of links, click Wireless, and, on the blue row of links, verify that Basic Wireless Settings is selected.
3. To select the channel manually, click a channel on the Wireless Channel list.

4. Click Save Settings.
5. Click Continue.
