 | You have unread messages. |
 | You have unsent, canceled, or failed messages. |
 | The phone registered a missed call. |
 | Your phone is connected to the instant messaging service, and the availability status is online or offline. |
 | You received one or several instant messages. |
 | The keypad is locked. |
 | The phone does not ring for an incoming call or text message. |
 | The alarm clock is activated. |
 | The countdown timer is running. |
 | The stopwatch is running. |
 | The phone is registered to the GPRS or EGPRS network. |
 | A GPRS or EGPRS connection is established. |
 | The GPRS or EGPRS connection is suspended (on hold). |
 | A Bluetooth® connection is active.* |
 | If you have two phone lines, the second phone line is selected. |
 | All incoming calls are forwarded to another number. |
 | The loudspeaker is activated, or the music stand is connected to the phone. |
 | Calls are limited to a closed user group. |
 | The timed profile is selected. |
 | A headset, hands-free, loopset, or music stand enhancement is connected to the phone. |

Button functions
Keys | Access |
Red End  key | Press to end a call. Press and hold to turn off Music Player. |
Green Send  key | At the main screen:
Press to answer a call. Press to initiate a call after having dialed a number or selected a phone book entry. |
Scroll keys with Center select  key | Within menus, press to scroll Left, Right, Up, and Down. With myFaves on the main screen:

Left Soft  key | With myFaves on, press to access Menu. Without myFaves, press to access the Go to list. |
Right Soft key | At the main screen, press to access t-zones®. |
Center Select  key | With myFaves on the main screen, press to display communication options for the highlighted myFaves contact. With myFaves hidden from the main screen, press to access the menu. Press to select or to place a check in a checkbox. |
Volume keys Plus (+) or Minus (–) Located on left side of phone. | Press Up or Down to adjust the volume of an incoming call alert or to increase or decrease volume during a call. |
Camera key Located on right side of phone. | Press to access the Camera function and to take a picture. |
Numeric keys | Press to enter text. Press and hold to access Speed dial. |
1 key | Press and hold to access voice mail. |
Pound (#) key | Press to switch from uppercase to lowercase letters when entering text. Press and hold to put the phone in silent mode, which will be completely mute or will have a vibrating alert (default), depending on the silent mode setting chosen. |
0 key | Press and hold to access t-zones. |
