How do I restore a missing BlackBerry® Internet browser icon on my device?
NOTE: The BlackBerry Internet browser is different from the t-zones® browser. The t-zones browser supports Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) browsing, while the BlackBerry Internet browser supports limited HTML browsing.
NOTE: Before using the instructions below, verify that the BlackBerry Internet Browser icon is not hidden. Press the Menu key or the trackwheel, and then select Show All.

Restoring a BlackBerry Internet E-mail (BIE) icon from the device

To restore a BIE icon from the device, perform the following steps:
1. At the Home screen, select the Options icon.
2. Select Advanced Options.
3. Select Host Routing Table.
4. Press the Menu key or the trackwheel.
5. Select Register Now.
6. Press the Escape key to return to the Home screen.
7. Verify that the BlackBerry Internet browser icon appears on the Home screen.
NOTE: If the BlackBerry Internet browser icon does not appear after following the steps above, go to Contact Us.

Restoring a BIE icon from the administration Web site

To restore a BIE icon from the administration Web site, perform the following steps:
2. Look up the device by either PIN or IMEI.
3. Click Send Service Books.

Restoring a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server (BES) icon from the device

To restore a BES icon from the device, perform the following steps:
1. Connect the device to your corporate computer.
2. Wait for the device to synchronize via BlackBerry® Desktop Manager or IntelliSync.
3. Verify that the BlackBerry Internet browser icon appears on the Home screen.

Restoring a BES icon via administration assistance

To restore a BES icon via administration assistance, perform the following steps:
1. Contact your corporate IT staff or BES administrator to have the service books sent to the device.
2. Confirm with the BES administrator that there is not an IT policy blocking browsing capabilities.
NOTE: If the issue is still not resolved, the IT staff or administrator should contact RIM technical support for additional assistance.
