All you have to do is access the Android Market, search for Visual Voicemail, and install the application.
Do I have to pay more for Visual Voicemail?

Do I have to have the $34.99 Data Service in order to enable Visual Voicemail?
No. Visual Voicemail works with either the $24.99 or $34.99 data service.
If I have voicemail already set up, do I have to re-create my password and/or greeting?
No. Visual Voicemail uses the same password and greeting you are already using.
Where are Visual Voicemail messages stored?
Initially messages are stored in your Visual Voicemail box. However, if you would like to save them indefinitely you can save them to a memory card by selecting the message you want to save, select the Menu key, and then select Copy to.
Can I forward a Visual Voicemail message?
Yes. Visual Voicemail messages can be forwarded as an audio file to an e-mail address from your contacts.
Can I respond to a Visual Voicemail message?
You can respond to Visual Voicemail messages with either a phone call or text message.
When I delete a Visual Voicemail message, does it delete on the normal voicemail system?
Yes. When you delete Visual Voicemail messages from your handset, the voicemail system will also delete the message when the voicemail system syncs with the handset. This is done when new messages are received or when you Synchronize Voicemails using the Menu in the Visual Voicemail Inbox.
Does Visual Voicemail work over Wi-Fi?
Visual Voicemail currently only works when connected to T-Mobile Wi-Fi, i.e. T-Mobile HotSpot or T-Mobile @Home.
Do Bluetooth headsets support Visual Voicemail?*
Visual Voicemail currently only works with Bluetooth headsets that support media playback (a2dp). If you use a Bluetooth headset that uses in-call audio, then you will not be able to listen to Visual Voicemail messages on your headset.
Will I receive both the standard voicemail notification along with the Visual Voicemail notification?
You will continue to receive the standard new voicemail notification and then roughly 10 seconds later receive the new Visual Voicemail notification. This provides a way for you to receive notification of a new voicemail message when in areas where the data signal strength is low.
