T-Mobile’s new browsing interface is web2go which offers you the ability to customize your start page and exciting new functionality including My Downloads! It also allows you the ability to download ringtones, wallpaper, games, and more.
Your new web2go interface shows you three tabs on the screen: Web, Downloads, and My Account.

Web
For the free service, you will have one free site that you will be able to browse each week. You will only be able to browse this site each week. Once you decide to subscribe to the web2go service directly through the handset, you will then be able to browse to other external sites.
- The Web link offers the chance to subscribe to a web2go service directly from your mobile browser on your phone.
- A featured site is available each week for you to browse and get key information. If you are not subscribed to web2go, you cannot browse the entire Web. You will still be able to browse a select site each week.
Downloads
You can use this link to browse and download the latest ringtones, games, or wallpapers onto your phone.
My Account
This link gives you access to your account activity, bill summary information, My Downloads, and more. You can control and monitor your account from your phone.
web2go FAQs
If I only have the free web2go service, can I browse to external mobile sites?
No. You will need to subscribe to a web2go service to be able to browse to external sites. You will only be able to browse the Feature Site listed on the Web tab.
If I have the web2go service, do I have access to My Downloads?
Yes, if you have the web2go service, you can access your My Downloads feature through the My Account tab, then Mobile Life.
