Is there a monthly charge to use CallerTunes®?
Before you can utilize the CallerTunes service, you must first subscribe to CallerTunes. If you decide to subscribe to CallerTunes, you will then be charged $1.49 a month.
FlexPaySM customers are billed a monthly fee for the CallerTunes subscription. If the account is suspended due to a late payment, the CallerTunes feature is suspended until the account is brought current. One-time CallerTunes purchases are debited from the FlexAccountSM.

It’s easy to get CallerTunes on any T-Mobile device.
To subscribe to CallerTunes, perform the following steps:
| 1. | Log in to My T-Mobile. |
| 2. | Choose how you want to subscribe using the options below: |
- Click the CallerTunes link under Customize and shop and then select the Subscribe Now link on the My T-Mobile home page.
- Visit the Downloads section of t-zones®/web2goSM on your device.
- Dial *TUNE from your device. NOTE: This is currently not available for FlexPay subscribers.
| 3. | Once you have signed up, we will send you a text message within five minutes, notifying you that CallerTunes has been activated. Then you will be ready to start choosing CallerTunes! |
