The T-Mobile @Home service provides digital calling and unlimited nationwide calling for one low price to existing T-Mobile customers.
Existing customer
If you are already a T-Mobile @Home customer and are looking for T-Mobile @Home support, click here.
If you are looking for information on how to set up your router, go to Support videos New!. Once you have accessed the Support videos page, scroll to @Home, and then select Setting up your @Home router video.
Potential customer
If you are a current T-Mobile customer and are interested in activating T-Mobile @Home, please use one of these channels to purchase the service:
- At a T-Mobile store.
- Go to Phones, and under Types, select Wireless Routers.
- Contact 1-800-T-Mobile
NOTE: You will need to meet select requirements to activate a T-Mobile @Home line.
