How do I make changes to my FlexPay(SM) rate plan and services?
NOTE: FlexPay customers have the option to change their rate plan and services though My T-Mobile.

Changing my rate plan

To make changes to your FlexPay plan, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to My T-Mobile. For more information, go to How Do I Log In to My T-Mobile?
2. Under Manage, select Plans & Services.
3. Select the Change plan button.

4. Locate the plan that is going to best suit your needs, click to select the button next to the desired plan, and then select CHANGE PLAN.
NOTE: The details of your new plan, any service changes, and the charges associated with the changes will appear on the ORDER SUMMARY page.
5. Within ORDER SUMMARY, click to select the check box next to By submitting this order, I acknowledge that my plan and services will change, according what is displayed here, and then select SUBMIT.
6. You will be directed to the PAYMENT INFORMATION page, where you will select your preferred method of payment and fill out the payment information.
7. Once you have filled out the PAYMENT INFORMATION page, select CONTINUE.
NOTE: On the PAYMENT INFORMATION page, you will have the opportunity to review your payment information.
8. If the payment information is correct, select SUBMIT PAYMENT.
NOTE: Once your payment has been made, an ORDER CONFIRMATION page will appear with the changes to your plan and/or services.

Changing my services

To make changes to your services, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to My T-Mobile. For more information, go to How Do I Log In to My T-Mobile?
2. Under Manage, select Plans & Services.
3. On the PLANS AND SERVICES page, under Your Current Services, select CHANGE SERVICES.
4. Click to select the check boxes for the services you would like to add or remove, and then select the Change Services button, or if you would like to add services and do not have any currently, click the Add services to this line link.
NOTE: The details of your service changes and the charges associated with the changes will appear on the ORDER SUMMARY page.
5. From the ORDER SUMMARY page, click to select the check box next to By submitting this order, I acknowledge that my plan and services will change, according what is displayed here, and then select SUBMIT.
6. You will be directed to the PAYMENT INFORMATION page, where you will choose your preferred method of payment and fill out the payment information.
7. Once you have filled out the PAYMENT INFORMATION page, select Continue.
8. On the PAYMENT INFORMATION page, you will have the opportunity to review your payment information. If it is correct, and then select SUBMIT PAYMENT.
NOTE: Once your payment has been made, an ORDER CONFIRMATION page will appear with the changes made to your services.
