What is a Subscription?
A subscription is a rate plan that you sign up for that gives you access to over 47,000 locations in the T-Mobile HotSpot Network. All subscriptions have recurring monthly fees that are automatically billed to the credit card you provide us when you signup for service. A term commitment is required for our subscription plans (any rate plan that has a recurring monthly fee) as follows: a one-month commitment for the Unlimited National Month-to-Month Plan as well as the Portable Electronics Month-to-Month Plan, and a 12-month commitment for the Unlimited National Annual Plan.
What is a Term Commitment?
A term commitment means you are agreeing to pay the recurring monthly charge for a certain amount of time. If you want to cancel your account prior to the term ending, then you will be charged an early termination fee. A term commitment is required for our subscription plans (any rate plan that has a recurring monthly fee) as follows: a one-month commitment for the Unlimited National Month-to-Month Plan as well as the Portable Electronics Month-to-Month Plan, and a 12-month commitment for the Unlimited National Annual Plan.

Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade from the Month-To-Month plan to the Annual plan without penalty. However, if you currently subscribe to the Annual plan and downgrade to the Month-To-Month plan or a non-subscription plan and are currently under a service agreement, you will be subject to an early cancellation fee of $200 or the monthly recurring charges for the remainder of the term commitment, which ever is the lesser amount.
What happens at the end of my service agreement?
If you subscribe to the Annual plan, your plan will automatically convert to a Month-To-Month service plan at the end of your annual commitment. A Month-To-Month plan is automatically billed each month unless you call Customer Service to cancel. For more information go to, Contact us.
Can I roam with my subscription plan?
Yes, we offer roaming capabilities with both the Annual and Month-To-Month subscription plans. An additional roaming charge may apply. For more information go to, HotSpot Wi-Fi Roaming.
