How do I qualify for an upgrade?
You qualify for the best upgrade price based on:
- The time since your last upgrade:
- 11 months if you are on a one-year service agreement.
- 22 months if you are on a two-year service agreement.
- Rate plan qualification:
- $29.99 or greater with a single line.
- $49.99 or greater on a shared family plan.
IMPORTANT: You must sign a new two-year service agreement each time you upgrade. Of course, if you do not want to sign a new service agreement, you can always purchase a new phone at full price. The choice is yours!

NOTE: Even More Plus customers purchase their phone or device at full cost, and therefore do not qualify for upgrade pricing.
