What is a billing statement preference?
This service will allow you to select how you would like to receive your bill each month. You can choose from one of the following options to receive your bill from T-Mobile:
- An e-mail notification, by signing up for Paperless Billing.
- A paper bill with a summary of your service charges and the amount due.
- A paper bill providing detailed information including all usage, service charges, taxes, and fees.
NOTE: There will be a minimal recurring charge for this billing preference.
