That’s why we launched myFaves which allows unlimited nationwide calling to any five US numbers, even landlines**. The Free Flight offer is another way T-Mobile enables you to stay connected.

Now that I have a new myFaves® 2-year contract, what else do I need to do to qualify?

You must mail in your completed Free Flight application form, postmarked by December 31, 2007. Then, make sure you still have an active qualifying myFaves two-year contract plan with no overdue balances as of February 29, 2008. This will qualify you for a Free Flight Booking Request Form.

What does "active with no overdue balances" mean?

Postpaid customers with active myFaves two-year plans must not have any past due balances. FlexPay^SM customers must still be on a two-year myFaves plan, and must either have paid their monthly service charge, or be within their 45-day grace period.

Where do I get the Free Flight application form?

You can get the application form from two sources:

Download it from this Web site, and do not forget to mail it in postmarked by December 31, 2007.

OR

Pick it up in any retail store between November 23 and November 25, 2007.

What is a Booking Request Form?

The Booking Request Form allows you to choose your top three choices for travel destinations and dates. This form will be sent from TLC to qualifying customers in March 2008. Be sure to fill out and return this form to TLC, so TLC can contact you to make your travel arrangements. The form is valid for travel for 13 months or until March 31, 2009.

When will I get the Free Flight Booking Request Form?

If you have met all the eligibility criteria, the Free Flight Booking Request Form will be mailed to you in March 2008. It will be sent to the billing address on the account.

Who is TLC?

TLC is the company that T-Mobile has engaged to fulfill the Free Flight promotion.

Are there any age restrictions to travel?

Yes. Passengers need to be at least 18 years of age at the time of travel.

Is this offer available only on a specific airline?

No. TLC works with a number of leading airlines to make your travel possible.

How is the offer different for Individual and Family plan myFaves customers?

If you have an Individual myFaves plan, you will get a maximum of one Booking Request Form per account, while myFaves for Families customers will get a maximum of two forms per account.

Is there any limit to how many people in a household can participate in the promotion?

The promotion is limited to one Booking Request Form per account for Individual myFaves plans, and two forms per account for myFaves for Families plans. There is no limit to how many people per household are eligible to activate a myFaves plan on separate accounts to receive a free flight. However, only two people from the same household can travel for free on the same flight.

Is the Free Flight Booking Request Form transferable?

Yes, you can give the Booking Request Form to a friend or family member. But it is not transferable once it has been sent back to TLC with the requested travel dates and destination options. Please remember, the form can only be used by someone over the age of 18 and cannot be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred for value.

How long is the Booking Request Form valid?

Your Booking Request Form will be valid for travel for 13 months or until March 31, 2009. Keep in mind that 30 days advance notice is required for booking.

How do I book my flight?

NOTE: Free flights are available between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009.

Is this offer open to existing T-Mobile customers?

Existing T-Mobile customers can also participate in this Free Flight promotion.

NOTE: The Free Flight promotion is only valid for the first added line if the primary account contract is not extended. If more than one line is added, the additional added lines are not eligible for the Free Flight promotion. Lines added to family accounts are not eligible for the promotion.

Are there any fees I should expect to pay?

A $25 booking fee will be charged by TLC. Plus, you will be responsible for any additional taxes or fees charged by the airline, airport, or government.

How and when do customers pay for booking fee and additional airline fees and taxes?

Any additional fees and taxes charged by the airline, airport, or government are payable at the time of booking, when you are making your reservations with TLC. TLC will take payment over the phone using a debit or credit card.

Will I be eligible to collect mileage for the free flight if I am signed up with the airline’s mileage program?

Yes, you will be eligible to collect mileage in accordance with the rules of their mileage program.

What if my account was postdated and is set to activate during the November 23 to 25, 2007, time period?

To qualify for the promotion, you must initiate the order for a two-year myFaves contract during the three-day period. Accounts ordered prior to November 23, 2007, are not eligible unless they are renewed sometime between November 23 through November 25, 2007.

Hawaii is not included as either a destination or departure city. Can customers in Hawaii participate in this promotion?

Are there any travel restrictions when requesting free flights?

After I have booked my travel through TLC, what happens if I need to cancel or change my flight?

Once you have booked your travel through TLC, any cancellations or changes are ruled by the airlines policies. You should contact the airlines directly with any questions regarding cancellations or changes.
