Will I get a better deal placing an upgrade order online?
Yes, the phone and device upgrade pricing will be different when ordering online versus ordering with Customer Care.
How do I find out my current upgrade pricing?
To determine if you qualify for a handset upgrade and discounted pricing, perform the following steps:
| 1. | Go to My T-Mobile and log in. For more information, go to How do I log in to My T-Mobile? |
| 2. | Click Shop. |
| 3. | Click UPGRADE PHONE. |
| 4. | Click to select the filters to find the phone that is right for you. |
| 5. | Click VIEW to see pricing with and without a contract. |
Does T-Mobile have an upgrade fee?
Yes. T-Mobile currently charges an $18 upgrade fee.
NOTE: The upgrade fee does not apply if you are purchasing a phone or device at full cost.
