Will I get a better deal placing an upgrade order online?

Yes, the phone and device upgrade pricing will be different when ordering online versus ordering with Customer Care.

How do I find out my current upgrade pricing?

To determine if you qualify for a handset upgrade and discounted pricing, perform the following steps:
1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in. For more information, go to How do I log in to My T-Mobile?
2. Click Shop.
3. Click UPGRADE PHONE.
4. Click to select the filters to find the phone that is right for you.

5. Click VIEW to see pricing with and without a contract.

Does T-Mobile have an upgrade fee?

Yes. T-Mobile currently charges an $18 upgrade fee.
NOTE: The upgrade fee does not apply if you are purchasing a phone or device at full cost.
