What is the difference between D-Link and Linksys routers?
The two T-Mobile wireless routers offer the same features and benefits. They are built to the same specifications. Visual differences include the color, and the Linksys has two antennas. T-Mobile is offering both routers so that customers can choose the router they prefer.
The wireless router with home phone connections is unique in that it includes 2 ports where home telephones can be plugged into the router. The router is, in effect, the device by which calls are placed, and comes with an activated Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card and line of service.
Can I buy the T-Mobile wireless router without the add-on service?
You may purchase the standard T-Mobile wireless routers without the on T-Mobile @Home or Unlimited HotSpot Calling add-on. Rebates or discounts for the phone or router do not apply unless you also purchase the T-Mobile @Home or Unlimited HotSpot Calling services.
