Can I send a picture from Album back to my phone or forward it to another phone?

Yes, you can send a picture from Album to your phone and forward it to another phone.
To send a picture from Album to your phone or forward it to another phone, perform the following steps:
1. Hover over the picture you want to send and click to select Select when it appears on the picture.
2. Select Send As Message.
3. In the Add Recipient box, put in your phone number or the phone number you want to send the picture to.
4. Add a Message.
5. Select Send.
NOTE: The picture will be sent to your phone or your friend’s phone as a picture message.
NOTE: The phone where you are sending the message to must have the ability to receive picture messages to receive your picture.

Saving a picture to your computer

To save a picture to your computer, perform the following steps:
1. Select the picture that you want to save to your phone.
NOTE: The image will appear on the right of your screen.
2. Hover over the picture until View full size appears and then click to select the link.
3. Once you are able to view the picture in a full view, right-click on the picture and select Save as....
3. Choose a location to save the picture on your computer, and then select Save.

How much does Album cost?

This service is included FREE with the price of the picture or video message. There is no cost to set up or maintain Album; however, you may be charged for picture or video messages sent to your album.

Does T-Mobile monitor Album content?

T-Mobile has the right, without obligation, to monitor, intercept, remove, store, and disclose any content or materials posted through the Service or on the Site, and to provide user billing, account, content, or use records, and related information under certain circumstances (such as in response to legal responsibility, lawful process, orders, subpoenas, or warrants, or to protect our rights, customers, or business).
T-Mobile does not endorse nor support any statements or material on these albums. These albums and journals are maintained by you, the customer. You are responsible for the contents of your album.

What happens if I make account changes or cancel service?

Account changes, such as changing your billing address or a name change will have no impact to your Album content. If you cancel your account, or make the change from a T-Mobile Prepaid account to a postpaid account, the pictures and other content that you have in your Album will be deleted.
T-Mobile understands that your pictures and videos are important and so just like any other type of data, we encourage you to save your pictures and videos to your computer or send them to an e-mail address prior to cancelling your account.

Unknown pictures appearing in Album

When a picture message is sent to you and you are in a low signal area to receive the picture, the media will be sent to Album and appear in the from others folder. All media located in the from others folder has been sent directly to you. These files can be deleted by following the information in How to delete individual pictures in Album?

Can I upload sound and video to Album?

Yes. Sounds and video can be uploaded as long as the file is smaller than 3MB in size. The steps to upload a sound and video are the same as an image. For exact steps, go Adding pictures/media from your computer.

How do I see who sent me the picture?

Media files that are sent to you include video, pictures, and sounds. They can be forwarded to Album. If for any reason you cannot receive a picture message will appear in the from others folder. All files that appear in the from others folder are files that have been sent directly to your mobile number. At this time, the sender's mobile number will not appear in the folder. This is functionality that T-Mobile plans on activating in the future.

How do I delete individual pictures in Album?

To delete individual pictures in Album, perform the following steps:
1. Access your Album within My T-Mobile. For exact steps, go to Logging in to Album.
2. Click the desired picture.
3. Click Select or click the white box in the lower left corner to select the picture.

NOTE: Once a picture is selected, a magenta dot displays in the corner.

4. Click Delete Media.

5. Click Delete to confirm.

NOTE: The picture is deleted from Album.
NOTE: Deleted pictures are not sent to the Trashcan album. Use the Trashcan to file pictures before fully deleting them (i.e., marked for deletion vs. permanent deletion).
