I would like to disconnect my account. Can I get a refund on my T-Mobile refill balance?
As long as you have fulfilled your service agreement requirements, you may disconnect your monthly service at any time without a penalty; however, any remaining airtime balances are neither refundable nor transferable (with the exception of an account deactivated in error by T-Mobile). It is advisable to use the available minutes that are in your account before you elect to cancel service.
