What is a messaging value bundle?
A messaging value bundle is a group of messages purchased in advance at a lower per-message price that can be used for text messaging and picture messaging.
How do I subscribe to a messaging value bundle?
To subscribe to a messaging value bundle, from your device, select t-zones®, select Messaging, and then select messaging value bundles. Follow the on-screen instructions. You can start using the messaging value bundle immediately.
How will I be charged after I use all of my messaging value bundle allotment?
Your account will be charged the standard per message rate for text and picture messages.
How do I cancel a messaging value bundle?
To cancel a messaging value bundle, from your device, select t-zones, and then select My Account. Follow the on-screen instructions. The service will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I purchase an additional messaging value bundle in the same billing cycle?
No. You cannot purchase additional bundles in your current billing cycle. Your next bundle will automatically be billed and start on the first day of your next billing cycle.
Can I change my messaging value bundle type in the middle of a billing cycle and use the new messaging value bundle?
No. If you request to change your original messaging value bundle type in the middle of a billing cycle and purchase a different type of messaging value bundle, you will not be able to use the new messaging value bundle until the start of the next billing cycle.
How will I be billed if I want to cancel my messaging value bundle before the end of my billing cycle?
Your account will be prorated for the amount of days the bundle was active.
For example, if the messaging value bundle was active for 20 days of the 30 day billing cycle, the bundle price would be divided by 30 and multiplied by the 20 days it was active, plus any taxes ($9.99/30 = $0.33 * 20 = $6.66).
