How do I change/add myFaves® online?
To change/add myFaves online, select the appropriate link below:

Adding a new myFaves contact

To add a new myFaves contact, perform the following steps:
1. From the My T-Mobile home page, select Manage myFaves.

2. Select Add a contact.

3. Within Edit Contacts, enter a Name and a Number.

NOTE: You will be asked to confirm the changes. You will not be able to modify this contact’s number until the next calendar month.
4. To confirm the change, select YES.

5. Once you have confirmed your changes, select OK to proceed. You will be returned to the Manage myFaves screen.
NOTE: Your contact changes may take up to two hours to complete.
6. Your phone will display an hourglass while the contact change is processed. During this time, leave your phone powered on. You will receive confirmation of the change on your phone once the change has been completed successfully.

Modifying an existing myFaves contact

To modify an existing myFaves contact, perform the following steps:
1. From the My T-Mobile home page, select Manage myFaves.

2. Select the myFaves bubble of the contact you want to change.

3. Enter the Name and Number that you would like to replace your current myFaves with.

NOTE: You will be asked to confirm the changes. You will not be able to modify this contact’s number until the next calendar month.
4. To complete the change, select YES.

5. You will be returned to the Manage myFaves screen.
