Synchronizing Wirelessly with Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003 (T-Mobile MDA)
Before you begin, verify with your system administrator that your company has set up the server for wireless synchronization.
To synchronize data wirelessly, you must have the following:
- Microsoft Outlook 98 or later
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
- The server address
- The username
- The password
- The domain name
Acquire the server address, username, password, and domain name from your system administrator.
To synchronize wirelessly with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, perform the following steps:
| 1. | Tap Start, and then tap Programs. |
| 2. | Tap ActiveSync. |
| 3. | Tap Menu, and then tap Add Server Source. |
| 4. | At Server address, type the name of the Exchange server. |
| 5. | Tap Next. |
| 6. | Type your username, password, and domain name. |
| 7. | Tap Next. |
| 8. | Select the data you want to synchronize. |
| 9. | Tap Finish. |
| 10. | Tap Sync. |
