How Do I Install the BlackBerry® Handheld Software?
NOTE: The following instructions were written using a PC running Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2. The software setup was performed using software designed for the BlackBerry 7290™ handheld. These steps will be similar for your Microsoft Windows version and your specific BlackBerry model.
NOTE: Your handheld comes preinstalled with the handheld software. To reinstall your handheld software or upgrade to a new version, you will need to download the installation package from T-Mobile.com. Also, ensure that you have installed the BlackBerry Desktop Software. For instructions on downloading and installing the BlackBerry software, go to:

To install the BlackBerry Handheld Software, perform the following steps:
| 1. | From your desktop, double-click the installation icon. (This step assumes that you have saved the download to your desktop.) |

| 2. | From the Open File - Security Warning dialog box, click Run. |

| The following screen will appear. When all the required installation files have been copied to your PC, installation will continue. |

| 3. | From the drop-down menu, click to select the country or region in which you are located, and then click Next. |

| 4. | Please read the Software License Agreement carefully. You must accept the terms of the agreement before you will be able to proceed. Click to select I accept the terms of the license agreement, and then click Next. |

| 5. | To exit the installer, click Finish. |
