Getting Started: BlackBerry® E-mail Services
T-Mobile provides BlackBerry® customers several different solutions to access e-mail. These solutions differ for business and personal e-mail customers.

Personal e-mail customers | NOTE: If you would like to have both your personal and business e-mail delivered to your BlackBerry® handheld, go to Both business and personal e-mail customers. For personal e-mail, customers can select BlackBerry Internet E-mail. Description: BlackBerry Internet E-mail provides access to many ISPs and Internet-based e-mail accounts, such as AOL® and EarthLink, from your BlackBerry® handheld. BlackBerry Internet E-mail also allows access to some corporate e-mail accounts via Microsoft OWA. BlackBerry Internet E-mail does not offer the same functionality as the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Both business and personal e-mail customers | For both business and personal e-mail, customers can select BlackBerry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry Internet E-mail. Description: BlackBerry Enterprise Server customers also have the option to use both BlackBerry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry Internet E-mail. By setting up a BlackBerry Internet E-mail account in addition to an existing BlackBerry Enterprise Server account, you will be able to access up to 10 ISPs and Internet-based e-mail accounts, such as AOL® and EarthLink, from your BlackBerry® handheld. BlackBerry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry Internet E-mail also provide Internet access. You may have the ability to log in to your Internet-based e-mail account through the BlackBerry® browser on your BlackBerry® handheld if your mail account is not supported by BlackBerry Internet E-mail or your BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator has disabled your access to a BlackBerry Internet E-mail account. NOTE: If you first set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail on your handheld and set up BlackBerry Enterprise Server at a later date, you will be required to set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail again.
