Communication channels identify specific methods of communication. Specifying your preferred methods allows us at T-Mobile to tailor our communications to you only through the methods you tell us.

2. Under My Account, click My Profile.
3. From the Communications tab, under Communication Preferences, click to select the desired communication channels to receive notifications regarding new rate plans, product enhancements, and special offers. Click to clear the communication channels if you do not wish to receive the notifications.

To change your overall communication preference, perform the following steps:
