What is a messaging value bundle?
A messaging value bundle is a number of messages purchased in advance and is considered part of your monthly service. Bundles can be purchased at a lower per-message price rather than simply paying for messages as you go. Messaging bundles can be used for text messaging, instant messages, and picture messaging.
How do I subscribe to a messaging value bundle?
To subscribe to a messaging value bundle, perform the following steps:
| 1. | From your device, select t-zones®. |
| 2. | Select Messaging, and then select messaging value bundles. |
| 3. | Follow the on-screen instructions. |
NOTE: You can start using the messaging value bundle immediately.
What are the standard text messaging and picture messaging rates?
If you do not have a messaging bundle, the domestic text and picture messaging rate is $0.20 per message.
How will I be charged after I use all of my messaging value bundle allotment?
Your FlexAccountSM will be charged the $0.20 per message rate for domestic text and picture messages.
How do I cancel a messaging value bundle?
To cancel a messaging value bundle, perform the following steps:

| 2. | Select My Account. |
| 3. | Follow the on-screen instructions. |
NOTE: The service will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I add a messaging value bundle in the middle of a service cycle?
Yes, you can add a messaging value bundle to your account in the middle of your billing cycle.
NOTE: It is necessary for you to pay for the cost of the messaging value bundle at the time that you request it to be added to your account for your service to remain active.
Can I change my messaging value bundle type in the middle of a service cycle and use the new messaging value bundle?

Upgrade Message Bundle
Yes, you can upgrade your messaging value bundle immediately, or future date it to the start of the next billing cycle.
NOTE: It is necessary for you to make payment immediately for any service change. The payment will be processed as part of the requested change.
Downgrade Message Bundle
No, FlexPaySM customers are unable to downgrade from one messaging bundle to another in the middle of the service cycle. A downgrade from one messaging bundle to another can be completed at the start of your next billing cycle.
